RESERVATIONS & PARKING:

All reservations MUST be guaranteed by credit card - MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Advanced reservations are necessary for parking at $7.00 per night.

RATES:
All rates are subject to a 9.7% state/town room tax. All reservations include a complimentary expanded continental breakfast. Ask about our single, student and medical rates.

CHECK-IN:
Our check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Prior arrangements can be made in advance for alternate check-in times.

CHECK-OUT: Our checkout time is 11:00 a.m. RATES: Rates are subject to change, except for confirmed reservations. Rates for double occupancy rooms are $119.00 to $149.00 per night plus tax. Extra guests in double rooms are $20.00 + tax extra per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel or revise your stay, we require a 14-day cancellation notice on reservations, including early check out, in order to receive a full refund. If less than 14 days notice is received, you will be charged the room rate for each night not re-booked.

Well-behaved small pets aRe welcome in specified rooms, based on availability, with advance notice and with compliance to our pet policy guidelines.
